How do I get access to a project?
You must be invited by the project administrator or by TR Trades. Once invited you will receive an email invitation with a temporary password. If you need access to a project please call the project administrator or TR Trades Technical Support.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password please press the “Forgot your password” link on the login screen. Alternatively you can also call TR Trades Technical Support who can reset your password.
When I login why can’t I see any files?
Press the button on the left hand side to expand the folders.
When I click the drawing thumbnail, a white box with an X appears. How do I get the viewer to work?
Why is my shopping cart not sending the print order?
If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer, the shopping cart module will not send to TR Trades. Please take a screen shot of your final shopping cart order and email it to email@example.com and we will process the order for you.
What are the browser limitations of eProject?
If you are not using Internet Explorer, you may not be able to use the Shopping Cart Module or Create Folders. The viewer not used in IE also has less features and is of a lower resolution.
